Our Data Commitment

No storage, no collection, no training

MirrorVox uses a fully streaming, real-time processing architecture. Your raw voice is destroyed in memory immediately after recognition and translation — nothing is written to disk, databases, or training datasets. The synthesized output exists only in the live streaming path and is released as soon as processing completes; we retain no copy. Our servers only log the metadata required for billing (session duration, usage, account identifier) and never any audio content.

User Warranty

You are responsible for the legality of the voices you submit

By using this product, you represent and warrant that: the voice you submit for processing is your own, or you have obtained separate, explicit, and verifiable consent and lawful authorization from the voice owner; if third-party voices are involved, you have lawfully informed the recorded person of this product's AI translation and voice-preservation purposes and assume sole responsibility for any resulting liability; you use this product solely in your own streaming scenarios, without sublicensing, redistribution, or model-training purposes.

Prohibited Uses

The following uses are strictly forbidden

You may not use this product to clone, imitate, or impersonate any unauthorized third-party voice; to covertly record others or in any manner infringing another person's rights of reputation, privacy, portrait, name, or voice; to generate fraud, disinformation, defamation, harassment, threats, or unauthorized sexualized content; to deliberately conceal that the voice is AI-generated or AI-processed, misleading audiences, platforms, or regulators; or for any activity violating applicable laws or regulations.

AI-Generated Content Labeling

Synthesized audio must retain our official label

Output produced by this product is AI-generated synthesized content. Pursuant to the applicable deep-synthesis and AI-content-labeling regulations, we embed an implicit label in the synthesized audio as required by law. You may not remove, modify, forge, or otherwise conceal this label.

Enforcement

Consequences and liability

Upon discovering any violation of the terms above, we reserve the right to immediately restrict features, suspend or terminate service, withhold remaining credits without refund, and pursue legal remedies including full indemnification. Any third-party claim, administrative penalty, or litigation arising from your misuse is borne solely by you.
